These terms govern your use of this website (the “Site”), operated by Hongqiao Data Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd (“we”). The company is established in Hangzhou, China. Its registered Chinese name is 虹桥数据科技（杭州）有限公司.

By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. The Site

The Site publishes our privacy policy, terms of use, support contact, and account-deletion instructions.

The Site does not offer registration. Opening it does not create an account.

An app may have its own terms. Those terms govern that app.

3. Acceptable use

• Disrupt the Site, or attempt to access the server, logs, or other systems without authorization
• Use the Site to break the law or to infringe someone else’s rights
• Present an altered copy of these pages as if we had published it

You may link to these pages at their original https addresses, including from an app store listing or from an app.

Please contact us first if you have a dispute. If it is not resolved that way, it shall be submitted to the competent court in Hangzhou, China.

If a mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived, including a right to bring a claim in your local courts, those rights remain in force.

If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign these terms as part of a reorganization of the business. You may not assign them without our consent. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
