How to write to us

Name the page or product you are asking about, and say what you need. Do not send a password, a payment card number, or a copy of a government ID.

• A page will not open, a link is wrong, or a policy is unclear
• You want to access, correct, or delete personal data about you
• You want an account deleted. Name the app and the identifier you use to sign in

Response time

We reply to privacy and account-deletion requests within 30 days after we can verify the request. If the law where you live requires a shorter period, we follow that period. Other messages are answered as soon as we can.
