This website does not let you create an account. There is no website account to delete.

An account in an app

If you have an account in one of our apps, you can delete it in either of these ways:

• In the app, use the delete-account or close-account control, if the app provides one.
• Or email info@ehongqiao.com. Write “delete account” and the name of the app. Send the message from the email address on the account when you can, and include the sign-in identifier, such as the email address or user ID on that account. Do not send your password.

Naming an account is not enough to show that the sender holds it. We delete an account only after we can confirm the request comes from the account holder. We may match the sender to the email address on the account, or ask you to confirm inside the app. If we cannot confirm it, we will not delete the account, and we will tell you what else we need. We do not ask you to send a password or a copy of a government ID.

We delete or anonymize the personal data in that account, and content stored only as part of that account. If you want some data deleted but want to keep the account, say so in the email.

We may keep records the law requires us to keep, such as transaction, tax, or security logs, for the required period only. We do not use those records for any other purpose. We may also keep a short record that we received and completed the deletion request.

We complete the deletion within 30 days after we have verified that the request comes from the account holder, or sooner if the law where you live requires it. Copies in a backup may remain until that backup is overwritten. Those copies are not used for any other purpose.

A deleted account cannot be restored, and content that was only in that account may not be recoverable.
